Julie Hermanson, Designer
Julie Hermanson, co-founder of Point of Origin, has a diverse and extensive twenty year career in Interior Design. She has enjoyed designing stores, restaurants, private offices and residential spaces in the Chicago land area as well as Santa Fe, NM and Tucson, AR. Julie studied her craft at Mundelein College at Loyola where she received her BFA in Interior Architecture and Design. She has proudly held her State of Illinois License to practice Interior Design for over fifteen years. Julie is passionate about her work and her relationship with her clients and believes designing an interior for a client is not about her and what she wants, but is always about the client. She has been designing a long time and considers it a privilege and honor to be invited into someone’s home to help create an environment for them to live, work celebrate, and raise a family.
